Detailed TOUR ITINERARY
Day 01:
Pick up from Cochin airport or railway station and proceed to hotel. Check in to hotel and relax. After relaxing you can visit or enjoy the beautiful Beaches and sightseeing’s that are given below:

MARINE DRIVE:
Pedestrians can stroll along the Marine Drive a waterfront promenade of Kochi Marine Drive is a Picturesque Promenade in Kochi. It is built facing the backwaters, and is a popular hangout for the local populace. Marine Drive is also an economically thriving part of the city of Kochi. With several shopping malls it is as an important centre of shopping activity in Kochi. The walkway has two contemporarily constructed bridges, the Rainbow bridge and the Chinese Fishing Net Bridge. The view of the setting and rising sun over the sea mouth, and the gentle breeze from the Vembanad Lake has made Marine Drive an important tourist destination in Kochi. Hundreds of people (both natives, and tourists) throng the walkway during the evenings.
- FORT KOCHI:
Fort Kochi is one of the three main urban components that constitute the city of Kochi in the Indian State of Kerala, the other two being Mattancherry and Ernakulam. In 1967, these three municipalities, along with a few adjoining areas, were amalgamated to form the Corporation of Cochin.
- JEWISH SYNAGOGUE:
Database of Jewish Communities, Museum of the Jewish People. After sightseeing in Cochin, Evening can be spared for local sightseeing at M.G road and shopping etc. Overnight stay at hotel
Day 02:
Enjoy the other attractions of Cochin. After breakfast get ready to visit the places given below:
- SUBHASH BOSE PARK, ERNAKULAM - This sprawling park is an ideal place for an evening stroll, a family outing, or to take your children out for some fun and frolic. The park adjoins the Vembanad Lake offering fantastic views of the Cochin harbour. A small aquarium is an added attraction. Entry free
- MUSEUM OF KERALA HISTORY EDAPALLY - Located along with the Art Complex at Edappally, it is a Sound and Light show presenting thirty five scenes from the political, social, and cultural history of Kerala. Commentaries in English and Malayalam. Enjoy the rest of your time at Munnamam Beach. And then come back to hotel
- MUNNAMMAM BEACH IN COCHIN: The three-day fest is being organised by the Rotary club of Cochin Lords in association with District Tourism Promotion council at Munambam beach, the new tourist destination. Professional kite flyers from Ahmadabad, Hyderabad, Mangalore and Jaipur are participating in the festival. Kerala Kite Festival and unique initiative of Rotary Club of Cochin Lords in association with DTPC is organizing this event at Munambam Beach, the new tourist destination, near Cherai beach promoted by DTPC, recently.
Day 03:
After breakfast the next destination is Munnar which is (130 km approx from Cochin) get ready to visit Munnar. Check into hotel and relax. After relaxing you can visit or enjoy the beautiful sightseeing’s that are given below:

KUNDALA (28kms from Munnar)
There is a dam called SETUPARVATHY DAM. There you can enjoy the ride of Pedal boats and Kashmiri shikaras to make the memories of their visit everlasting.
- ATTUKAL (9kms from Munnar):
ATTUKAD is an ideal place for long treks. Cascading Waterfalls, rolling hills and wooded valleys enchant you here.
- POTHAMEDU (6kms from Munnar):
These hills, covered with PATHA GRASS are breathtakingly beautiful and most suited for trekking and rock climbing. The vast tea gardens, coffee Plantation and cardamom planted woodlands are also eye catching. After sightseeing in Munnar, Evening can be spared for local sightseeing at Munnar town and shopping etc. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: After breakfast you will be enjoy the beautiful waterfalls and Tea states at Munnar. On the fourth day after breakfast visit and enjoy the other sightseeing’s of Munnar that are given below:
ANAIMUDI:Standing at soaring height of nearly 3,000m, this is the highest peak in southern India. It stands as a spectacular backdrop for the town and can be seen from almost anywhere in the area.

ERAVIKULAM NATIONAL PARK: After driving about half an hour north from Munnar, you will have to take a short and reasonably difficult trek to get to this park – but the effort will be worth it. The reward is 97kms of forested valley and rolling hills occupied by an array of wildlife. The ibex, lion-tailed macaque and the nilgiri tahr are among three of the most interesting creatures.
ATTUKAL: Trek in Attukal. This is one of the best destinations for trekking in the area. The long trekking trails offer panoramic views of the rolling hills and other natural offerings of the area .Evening can be spared for local sightseeing at Munnar town and shopping etc. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05: The next destination is Thekkady , Which is (106kms from Munnar).After breakfast get ready to visit Thekkedy.Check-in the hotel ( Hotel Angel Inn or similar hotels) and enjoy the boating in the river periyar in the evening.Enjoy the real wild life experience.Visit the spice plantations in the surrounding area and also enjoy some shopping of spices. Overnight stay at the Resort. (Boating Fee Extra)
THEKKADY: The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is situated on the banks of the Periyar lake - an artificial lake, at Thekkady. In addition to elephant rides, cruises on the lake and treks to the ruined Mangaladevi temple - a beautiful old stone temple situated in the heart of the Thekkady forest, this sanctuary offers the unique opportunity to watch and photograph wild elephants at close quarters.
Day 06: After enjoying the real wildlife experience at Thekkady. on the fourth day after breakfast visit the other sightseeing’s and do something different and adventurous in Thekkady that are given below:
Elephant rides:
The forest Department, Thekkady offers facilities for elephant rides through the jungle.
Time 1000 to 1700 hrs.

Day 07: The next destination is Kovalam which is (140/160 kms from Thekkady). After breakfast we will depart to Kovalam.

KOVALAM BEACH: This internationally renowned beach resort of Kerela has been a favorite haunt of tourists since the 1930s. KOVALAM consists of three adjacent crescent beaches. The southernmost, known as the Lig.
HALCYON CASTLE: The beautiful Halcyon Castle, also known as Kovalam Palace was built in 1932 by the regent, M.R. Sri Rama Varma Valiya Koil Thampuran, consort of Maharani Sethu Lakshmi Bayi as a perfect summer retreat for the whole family. During the 1960s it was sold to the Kerala government and is a luxury hotel today. It showcases the traditional Kerala architecture and style while the sprawling lawns are well maintained.

Day 08:
After enjoying the beautiful beaches of Kovalam, on the sixth day after breakfast visit and enjoy the other sightseeing’s of Kovalam that are given below.
VIZHINJAM VILLAGE: In VIZHINJAM Village, there is a marine aquarium with a variety of fishes such as clownfish, squirrelfish, moon wrasse, sharks, lionfish, butterfly fish, giant turtles, triggerfish, surgeonfish, piranhas, etc. The unique feature of the Aquarium is the image pearl production, so people can buy pearls with images of Christ, idols of gods and goddess and Virgin Mary. There is another 18th century Cave temple is known for carved idols of Shiva and Parvati. As this is one of the few cave temples in Kerala and thousands of people visit it each year.
VIZHIJAM FISHING HARBOUR: A small fishing village just 2 km from Kovalam is known for the VIZHINJAM Fishing Harbour which is the busiest fishing harbor in Thiruvananthapuram. The innumerable fishing boats coming and going to the harbor with the setting sun are a delightful sight After the sightseeing enjoy your time relaxing on the beach. In evening you can explore the local markets and shopping areas nearby.
Day 09:
Next destination is Kanyakumari which is (83km approx from kovalam).After arrival our tour coordinator transfer you to the hotel check in the hotel and relax. After relaxing you can visit or enjoy the beautiful beaches and other sightseeing’s that are given below:

KANYAKUMARI BEACH: Known as the Land's end, the beach at Kanyakumari is the confluence of three water bodies, the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean. Situated at a distance of 20 km to the south of Nagercoil, the Kanyakumari beach is known for its unusual multi-colored sand. The sea here is quite rough and the beach too is rocky; swimming is strictly prohibited here. Despite the inhospitable nature of this beach, it still attracts visitors from across the country. SWAMI VIVEKANANDA ROCK:This memorial stands on one of two rocks separated by about 70 meters. Legend has it that the rock has been blessed by the touch of 'the sacred feet' of the Devi Kumari. On the rock, there is an imprint that resembles a brown footprint which has been worshipped as a symbol of Shripadam.
KANYAKUMARI DEVI TEMPLE:This 3000 year old temple stands at the confluence of three majestic oceans, namely the Indian Ocean, the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea,dedicated to Parvati in the form of Devi Kanya, The Virgin Goddess stands as a charming young girl doing her penance while holding a rosary in her right hand. A sparkling jewel adorns her nose. It is believed that this nose ring, set with sparkling rubies,is so bright that is visible even from the sea at night.
Day 10:
Morning Breakfast and relax till the check out time in the memories of the refreshing experience of the serene locales. And after that you are taken to the Trivandrum airport / railway station for the final departure.
