Chembra peak is the highest peak in the district of Wayanad, at a height of around 2100 metres above sea level. It is the part of the mighty Western Ghats which adjoins Nilgiris in Tamil Nadu and Vellarimala in Kozhikode of Kerala.

Chembra Peak offers facilities for trekking and camping like guides, sleeping bags, canvases, huts and other trekking implements. The trekking to this peak is a risk task. Thus, District Tourism Promotion Council recommended trekking only to the experienced people.
